Ambitious
An ambitious individual is defined as someone who shows a strong desire and determination to succeed.
In relation to careers, an ambitious individual is often identified by his goals and what he wants to achieve. This trait sets him apart from his peers and often leads him to fare far better and move ahead quicker as compared to the average worker. Am ambitious individual sets much bigger goals as well.
Typically, the average worker does not dare to be ambitious at the risk of failure and not achieving the goals assigned to him. It often takes ambitious people to make a company extremely successful.
